We're doers |
At the Sustainable Makers of London workshop, we want to help people make and create. We think it's an essential part of a rounded lifestyle; part of the Human Condition. We've got great infrastructure, great knowledge and great people for that.
But with all the pressures on the environment and society these days, we want creativity to be a sustainable practice. That means thinking sustainably about our methodologies, the materials we use and the resources we rely on. |
Creative |
Since joining the workshop I've learned so much from other members and genuinely have so much fun whenever I'm there. The flexibility of this studio sets it apart! |
Community |
I feel like I have the freedom to try new things and find my style as I develop as a potter. Lately I've been drawn to a minimal and dark style - trying to find the balance between clay body and glaze |
The team |
We host a diverse group of London-based artists. From ceramicists and potters to woodworkers, jewellers and designers, there's surely a space for you to fit in and join a great community of creatives.
